摘要：
In the exchange of information between ministries for foreign affairs and their embassies strewn over the globe, there is an increasing trend towards using direct radio communication in the shortwave range in place of public telecommunication circuits. Appropriate communication equipment, containing practically everything needed for such networks, such as transmitters, receivers, antennas and a variety of peripherals is outlined.
