摘要
The quality of electroplating coatings on polypropylene depends on the quantity and distribution of the amorphous phases in the surface layers of the polypropylene, on the size and distribution of the surface tensions, on the degree of crystallization and the size of the supramolecular structures before pickling and the changes they undergo during pickling. The use of small quantities of finely dispersed additives and appropriately selected surface active agents, combined with their admixture in the form of granulated polymer concentrates influences the structure and structural changes during pickling, the surface tensions, and the quantity and distribution of the amorphous phase in the surface layer of the polymer, as a result of which high characteristic values of the metallic coating can be achieved, regardless of the type of polymer selected.
