摘要
Experiments have shown that to increase the efficiency of flux-cored strip melting, it is necessary to reduce the extent of heat exchange between the sheath and the core. This is achieved by adding components with low heat conductivity or exothermic mixtures to the flux core, by introducing a heat-insulating agent between the sheath, and by shortening the time during which the electrode is extended.
