摘要
The cold rolling textures and isothermal annealing textures of a high purity aluminum sheet with 90% rolling reduction were determined by means of the X-ray ODF analysis. The results show that there exist a strong {1 1 4} 〈2 2 1〉 texture component and a relatively weak {013} 〈031〉 texture component in the cold-rolled sample. After annealing at 400°C for 120 min, the recrystallization texture consists of only {001} 〈100〉 cube texture component. During the texture transition from {114} 〈221〉 + {013} 〈031〉 to {001} 〈100〉, it was found that there is an intermediate texture state, namely {001} 〈110〉. The intermediate texture show the orientation relationships of 19.5° 〈110〉 and 45° 〈001〉 with the {114} 〈221〉 texture and the {001} 〈100〉 cube texture, respectively. The development of recrystallization texture in the high purity aluminum can be concluded as follow: {112} 〈111〉 + {013} 〈031〉 &rarr {001} 〈110〉 &rarr {001} 〈110〉 + {001} 〈100〉 &rarr {001} 〈100〉.
