摘要
A trial and comparison of methods of evaluating the structural parameters of medium-temperature hard-coal pitches have been made. The packing factor of the molecules, k, of the liquid systems studies is more informative than the degree of association, g. The presence of structural elements of two types has been detected in hard-coal pitches; the transition from one regime of viscous flow to another with a change in the temperature conditions is accompanied by a jump-like transformation of the structural elements. Calculation of the parameter k is proposed as a method for the quantitative estimation of the structural characteristics of pitches.
