摘要
The European energy sector will undergo a wave of restructuring and reorganization in the next 12 to 36 months. Companies will look for efficiency gains, economies of scale and scope, new approaches to risk management and a strategic positioning in the pan-European market. The results would be far-reaching structural changes in the industry, leading to a small number of large, vertically integrated energy companies with a wide spread of geographical interests.
