摘要
The authors continue examination of the previously detected phenomenon of radiation-stimulated evaporation of a chromium-manganese steel in bombardment with helium ions. The experimental results show that the process of radiation-stimulated evaporation of the steel can be efficiently suppressed by depositing thin (0. 05 mu m thick) plasma titanium coatings on the surface of the steel.
