On the basis of simulation test in laboratory and production test in factory, the extrusion specialities on the multicored forging and extrusion hydraulic press were expounded. A new method called blanking-off method for reminder separation from the extrusion cylinder was given. A kind of calculating formulation of blanking clearance is described. In order to decrease bending and twisting deformation of the extruded shape, the new conceptions of local extrusion ratio and die band ratio were set up. So that the distance between extrusion cylinder center and die opening center can be calculated.
