Water jet ejectors with lengthened mixing chambers are about twice as efficient than ejectors with a short chamber and virtually do not vibrate when operating. The mixing chambers in them consist of two adjacent standard pipes with individual working nozzles fixed on a common flange. A method of design of ejectors with a lengthened mixing chamber, based on an energy equation, is proposed. It enables determination of its optimal geometrical dimensions for set operating parameters.
