A differentiated approach to the determination of the dynamic formation pressure along the twelfth horizon of the Khetybay deposit is proposed. On the basis of complex studies of 18 wells by the methods of unsteady and steady filtration and on the basis of calculations by a graph-analytic method and a quick method, it is established that the dynamic formation pressure can be determined as a function of the well productivity coefficient. In addition, it is found that the difference between the dynamic formation pressure and the saturation pressure at the dome of the pool greatly differs from the difference at the water/oil contact. This differential must be taken into account in establishing a technological regime of well exploitation.
