摘要
A battery-operated circuit incorporating a low-cost thermistor with wide tolerances is described. Current drain is low and there is a simple indication of the end of battery life. The circuit uses a low-cost IC and can be calibrated to cover the temperature range required. The circuit was arranged to drive a 1 mA meter, with a scale of 35 degree to 41 degree C (95 degree to 105 degree F) for body temperature measurement.
