摘要
A method is proposed for calculating the ratio of ionic and electronic contributions to the conductivity of molten chalcogenides from the temperature coefficient of electric conductivity. The accuracy of such a calculation was shown on the example of Tl//2S and Sb//2S//3. The calculated conductivity parameters correlate well with experimental data, obtained by the ion transfer method.
