摘要：
The principles and problems of data protection in regional multiservice telecommunication networks (MTN) are discussed. It is recommended to concentrate all control and monitoring subsystems of both MTN viability systems and different MTN subsystems in a common center. A possibility of use of duplicating control and monitoring subsystems outside of the main control center should be excluded.
