Determination of Performance by Way of a System of Collection of Operational Data.

Planning and control systems often are not sufficiently efficient because the underlying data do not correspond to the principles of data truth, data clearness and data continuity. Also the degree of updatedness of data plays a role in the determination of the quality of these tools. A contribution to the solution of these problems may consist in coupling the system of collection of operational data with the accounting systems such as for instance the performance related determination of the corresponding compensation. This paper presents a flexible calculation model for dissolving time shares and for their asignment to the staff and the individual operations.
