Detection and removal of organic pollutants in refuse leaching

93 kinds of organic pollutants in refuse leaching liquor were detected by GC-MS-DS technique, and 22 kinds of them belong to environmental priority control pollutants in EPA of China and U.S.A. The results show that 48.39% of these pollutants were removed completely, 12.90% were reduced over 70%, 20.43% were reduced over 50%, and 18.28% were reduced up to 50% by using method of modified bauxite treatment.
