摘要：
A scheme is proposed for the calculation of kinetic parameters of mass crystallization, i. e. , the nucleation rate and the crystal growth rate constant and order. Information on the variation in the concentration of the solution during the process as well as data on the dispersion composition of the solid phase at the end of crystallization are used for the calculation. It is shown that the method can be used to investigate the crystallization of sucrose.
