摘要
A model has been developed enabling simultaneous calculations of pressure and temperature profiles for single phase gas flow in wells and pipelines. Especially useful with high pressure and temperature gas reservoirs, the model eliminates errors from temperature linearity assumptions. It also handles the heat exchanges with formations and the Joule-Thomson effect. Gas production problems can be solved by the model. For example, a minimum flow rate for rich condensate wells to prevent dew-point conditions in the well is easily calculated.
