THRESHOLD SINGULARITIES IN RADIATION OF CHARGE SOURCES CONTAINED IN PERIODIC STRUCTURES.

摘要：
It is shown that amplitudes and phases of radiation by charged sources which travel above periodic structures exhibit characteristic behavior at the threshold of generation of radiation modes of new order. Formulas are derived which relate the amplitude of a mode of newly generated order to the elements of the scattering matrix at the threshold and to the anomalies of radiated modes of already existing orders.
