摘要：

In order to estimate the visibility of distant lights it is suggested that coefficients be introduced into the formula for calculating the visibility of achromatic constant point sources that take account of the color of the light and its flash time as well as introducing a correction coefficient, depending on the viewing lighting conditions, in the nomogram for determining the visibility of a light under various atmospheric conditions for different values of its threshold brilliance.
