摘要
Some economically affordable methods to keep the screen printing workplace environment safe for employee and ecology are presented. The methods and tools aids in improving air quality inside the shop, reducing energy and material consumption during production and reducing the amount of waste generated. The use of a clean packing tape and ink knives for ink removal from screen is discussed. To improve air quality in smaller shops, in-room air scrubbers can be used to remove VOCs and dust through replaceable filters. Screen exposure to sun instead of UV-exposure is another method that saves energy.
