摘要：
This paper reviews properties, performance and application of polymer dispersions, called also latex, based on natural rubber, synthetic rubbers and plastics (acrylics, PVC, PS, copolymers). Particle sizes and particle size distribution of dispersions prepared from various systems are discussed and their effect on the flow behavior of latexes is considered. Some theoretical considerations related to mutual dependence of both phases in dispersions are included. Latex stabilization is also covered in this review paper.
