摘要
The results of an investigation into the mechanism and kinetic characteristics of the electrochemical implantation of metals are presented. It is shown that implantation constitutes a structure-sensitive process. The rate of this process depends on the microstructural state of the electrode in both the initial and final stages. Intermetallic compounds are formed as a result of electrochemical implantation. This imparts new properties to the cathode surface.
