摘要
In this paper, starting from the conservation integral in elasticity, we first suggest a formula which represents the stress at a point by an integral involving the displacement and stress on the boundary. Then we derive a new type of boundary integral equation from this formula. On the boundary where the displacement is given the integral equation is of the second kind, and on the boundary where the surface traction is given, it is of the first kind.
