Organization of Production Operating Activities and Technical Functions in a Self-Management Organization of Work.

The author considers in detail the way of organizing the production operating activities and technical functions under self-management conditions. He considers legal regulations of SFR Yugoslavia and discusses analytically their meaning in setting up this type of work organization. He also analyzes the functions of the development, design, preparation of technology, preparation of work, control and their role under such organizing conditions. He illustrates this on an example of an existing complex organization of associated labor and shows the application of drawn conclusions in setting up such an organizing system.
