MHD turbulence is characteristic of plasma in many cases. Here the dynamics is examined of a large-scale magnetic field and a velocity field, i. e. , magnetic hydrodynamics of average fields, in the presence of turbulence. Up to the present time, a kinematic approach has been widely used in this problem.
