For water utilities on a path to profitability, a key focus is on achieving growth while developing and maintaing strong ties to their existing customer base. In line with this, more and more utilities are choosing to outsource their information technology (IT), distribution, and even their manufacturing operations in order to lower operating costs and increase quality of service.
