摘要：
The study deals with the design, construction and testing of a model high-performance insulator intended for climatic conditions in Czechoslovakia. Reasons are given for the choice of a copper belt-type tube structure. The design of a selective absorption layer on the insulator collecting plate is considered, along with insulator testing problems. A miniature test room for insulator parts and test results are described.
