摘要
Only a few countries in the world can expect to achieve continuous economic development in the next few years. Even in the energy sector there are employment and market difficulties. A broadly based international collaboration will be to the advantage primarily of the developing countries. Possibilities for collaboration vary of course from project to project and between individual countries; also the conditions change with time. The advantages are explained using examples of completed projects.
