摘要
A study has been made on effect of stressed state on wear resistance of sockets for cylinders of cast iron with laminated graphite (3.35%C; 2.2%Si, 0.7%Mn; 0.2%P; 0.27%Cu; 0.5%Cr; 0.5%Ni up to 0.1%Ti). Sockets treatment has been conducted according to the following regimes: 1) experimental regime: heating by power currents to 200-300° C, quenching with HFC heating to 850° C and dosed unilateral internal cooling providing self-tempering; 2) series regime: quenching with HFC heating to 850° and bilateral sprayer-shower cooling. It has been shown that in quenched layer of the sockets treated according to series regime, complex-stressed state is formed. Improvement of methods of sockets cooling in HFC heating permits to create compressing stresses in surface layer that significantly slows down the intensity of wear resistance.
