摘要
This article describes a piecewise stamping assembly to produce printed circuit boards for 16- and 48-pin count microcircuits sealed in plastic. The stamping assembly includes 27 MP-9S robots distributed among a production line, two automation lines with presses, and material handling equipment. Automatic positioning of the pieces to be stamped was achieved with a precision between 0. 025 and 0. 05 mm.
