Some aspects of exploitation organization of videotex service

Problems on developing data base of Videotex system were analyzed. Complex graphic information was shown to be saved in database besides literal information. Facsimile unit operating with personal computer could be effectively used for the purpose. The working place was shown to be the sole for the whole service of equipment-programme means. The means performed functions of final device identification, tariffication and statistical acquisition. Identification of videotex user was shown to be necessary to specify his membership and accessibility to the data base.
