摘要
A fast Euler solver methodology for the solution of three-dimensional compressible rotational flow with shear inlet velocity in variable area curved ducts was discussed. The merits of the fast Euler solver in the compressible over Incompressible (COIN) variant version provided the extension of such a methodology to three-dimensional flows inorder to compute subsonic internal flows efficiently. The COIN variant allows the results accuracy to be improved by extracting an appropriate incompressible flow solution. The three D solver based on Lambda formulation allows three D flow computation to be reduced to a sequence of three quasi one D problems. It is stated that by introducing viscous terms in the Lambda formulation the results can be improved.
