摘要
This article reports some of telework's social impacts on workers and their personal and work relationships from a two year study investigating telework and quality of life (QoL) in Norway, the UK, Portugal and Iceland. Telework appears to positively impact workers' QoL but negatively impacts their partners' QoL. It has little impact on leisure and community activities but can be problematic for work relationships. These findings are explored and recommendations for implementing telework are made.
