The various human factors involved in the operation, maintenance of chemical process plants range from physiological, psychological to sociological ones. Unfortunately it has been found that the plants are designed and maintained to meet the the physiological factors to a greater extent; it is high time that the psychological factors need to be given proper attention they deserve.
