摘要：
The presented circuit uses a p-n-p silicon transistor in both the UHF and VHF amplifier stages. The circuit also employs a p-i-n diode variable attenuator for agc purposes which reduces the cross-modulation usually resulting from large input signals. Wide dynamic range and a noise figure of 4 db at 800 MHz is obtained.
