摘要
A study was made of the effect of preloaded chocks in rolling mills on the load distribution in the bearings. According to the results obtained by finite-element calculation and the FAGT240 program, no unreasonably high additional loads are generated in the rolling bearings of preloaded chocks. The stresses generated in the chock are permissible. The chock deformations were measured. The measured results coincide to a large extent with the calculated results.
