The Proceedings contain 52 papers presented at the Conference. They are grouped under four categories: modeling and computing techniques; surface and groundwater hydrology simulation; water quality models; and systems engineering in water resources management. Individual subjects range from watershed and river basin type studies, to stream flow, runoff, aquifer, soil moisture, and water supply systems, among others. An address list of conference participants is included. Individual papers are indexed separately.
