Evaluation of the total grounded voltage in a substation fed by an insulated neutral cable network as a result of a grounded single phase breakdown is considered. This evaluation concerns moreover some devices which are capable of reducing this voltage to contain it within non-dangerous values. The results of an experimental investigation are given; these bear out the consequences of the previously introduced concepts.
