摘要
This paper considers the synthesis of an optimal algorithm to control the machining precision of a long shaft by on-line measurements of the shaft diameter. It considers one of the main components of the problem - the synthesis of an optimal dynamic filtering algorithm, which requires a mathematical model of the measurement instrument and the system dynamics. In order to construct a dynamic model of the system, the authors studied a number of sample shafts machined without transverse cutter motion, i. e. , without control correction. Analysis of these samples shows that the diameter variation along the shaft may be divided into two components, one describing slow, almost linear variation, which is disrupted at discrete moments by abrupt changes in both the magnitude and the rate of change of the diameter, and the other representing random deviations from the linear component.
