On solving complex layout problems with system engineering method

摘要：
Complex layout problems are complex engineering system, which exist in many fields and belong to layout plan design. Traditional optimization methods can solve these problems, but the solving procedures are very complicated. In this paper, we present a method for solving these complex layout problems based on system engineering method.
