摘要
New mechanical installation methods for blast furnace troughs were developed, including the casting process and dry-type vibrating process, to replace the conventional ramming process. In the refractory material for the casting process, softening and self-hardening properties are given by making use of deflocculation and flocculation based on cation exchange of clay additives. This report presents the refractory materials, installation methods and results of lining performance.
