摘要
Dielectric properties of hydroxyapatite (HAp) ceramics have been investigated. Dielectric constants, P-E hysteresis and electric resistance of HAp ceramics were characterized. The thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) was measured using HAp ceramics polarized under dc fields of 1-5kV &middot cm-1 at 300-500°C for 1h. The remnant electric charge of poled HAp ceramics was calculated and compared with those of BaTiO3. The results of TSDC measurement suggested that OH- in HAp dissociated into oxygen and hydrogen ions by polarization treatment.
