摘要
It has been that the structure of a carbon sorbent and is hydrophylic-hydrophobic properties exert then influence of the adsorption value of albumin. The micropores of coal are inaccessible for the adsorption of protein macromolecules. The adsorption is strong, and does occur to a greater extent on the hydrophilic surface of carbon black. The quantity of adsorbed albumin depends upon its concentration by solution , which might associated with the formation of the clusters of protein macromolecules.
