摘要：
A circuit is described that provides an access to a memory array where data is stored in an array and read out some fixed time interval after it is stored. The circuit is driven by three external signals, a SELECT signal which causes data to be written into a location in the array, an ADVANCE signal which causes data to be read out of a location in the array, and a STOP signal which inhibits further read and write operation.
