摘要
The present work is an attempt at determining theoretically the intensity of turbulence, and also the turbulent pulsation of speed when liquid media are mixed in devices with deflecting baffles. A model which takes into account the interaction of the mixer with the liquid was adopted. An analysis of the experimental values of intensity of turbulence of the flow permits the conclusion that upon approach to the rear side of the deflecting baffle the intensity of turbulence is maximal. Minimal intensity of turbulence is found in the meridional plane situated at an equal distance from two deflecting baffles.
