Analog Filtration of Signals in the Control of Power Systems by Means of Digital Computers.

Analog signals delivered from a power system to digital control equipment serve as a basis for the identification of the state of a system. The reproducibility of these signals after conversion to digital form depends on the adopted frequency of sampling and the employed filtration, both analog and digital. The dependencies are derived determining the extent of analog and digital filtration necessary in view of consideration of noises and interferences comprised in analog signals.
