摘要：
An information approach is considered to the controlling action generation and behavior analysis of the automated management systems of complex technical installations. The approach allows one to estimate the control system state from the generalized positions and generate the optimal controlling actions for the system ratios resource region. Besides, the suggested approach allows to estimate the automated management system behavior prospects and predict development of the situations leading to catastrophes.
