摘要：
A system is developed where the breakdown machines are waiting for servicing by the maintenance crew. Data are collected for 18 days, that is, three working weeks with the help of the maintenance report. Queue parameters are then determined and fitted in a queueing model to derive expected service cost, expected waiting cost and expected total cost, for various capacities of maintenance crew.
