摘要：
The Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), which is expected to evolve from the digitization of the telephone network, will offer a great many possibilities for ″combined telecommunication″ . If telecommunication between anyone and everyone is to be achieved, a limited selection of these possibilities must be standardized. This is one of the most important tasks which must be energetically pursued by the CEPT and CCITT.
