ANTENNA ARRAYS ARE CLASSIFIED ON THE BASIS OF THEIR MOST TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS: GEOMETRICAL, ELECTRICAL AND FUNCTIONAL. FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THIS CLASSIFICATION WILL BE POSSIBLE AS THE THEORY AND ENGINEERING OF ARRAYS ADVANCE.
